Body practices
1. Breath (nasal, 4 in and 4 out for 11 mins)- 4-7-8 breathing
2. Touch- hand on heart, hand on knees, hand on back of head/forehead, fingers on ear lobes, hand on abdomen/heart
3. Movement- shaking or dancing
4. Stretching- assisted stretching or yoga (hold stretches for 60 seconds or longer)
5. Other body healing practices - horse riding, massage, endurance training, interval training, cold baths, cupping, needling, LED beds

Environmental
1. Sounds
2. Nature - blue mind, green mind not red mind
3. Fractals

Relational
1 eyelids open and looking at the person
2. Facial muscles relaxed
3, middle ear muscles activated (human voice)
4. Chewing / swallowing
5. Head turning muscles, social gestures
